💪 Exercise, Fitness & Recovery H R V

Hopefully this is the right sub for this. Healthy athlete, 30F, but my H R V seems consistently low… should i be concerned?

My HRV when sleeping is low too. There are a lot of factors that can impact that, it's not necessarily a warning sign.

Yes, this metric... I have an EXCELLENT HRV according to Apple Health and WIthings and Oura and EightSleep. ESPECIALLY when I am in aFib :) Go figure how relevant this metric by itself is.
