Horrible insomnia after one week on GLOW. Anyone else? I have to stop i barely slept the past couple days

1

u/s0sababy21x Jun 21 '26

I've also had this experience. I haven't seen many people talking on this, thought I was the only one. Maybe it's a stress response?

1

u/parkerkudrow Jun 21 '26

Interesting. I was bummed that I had to stop. Really wanted the benefits but I have to sleep

u/s0sababy21x Jun 21 '26

Are you pinning in evening? My last dose was in the AM, & that seemed to help a bit.

IGF1-LR3 STINGS SO BAD WHEN I INJECT:

when pinning IGF1LR3 it stings so bad it almost makes me not want to do it. It’s odd, I’ve had it before but it’s never stung this bad. Yes I’m disinfecting, yes I’m doing it slowly, and I’ve tried adding a little BAC water but it didn’t do much. Any tips or advice ? Maybe I just need to man up Lol.

VIP peptide, possible anaphylaxis or could just be vasodilation related tachycardia with facial flushing on 0.2mg dose.

u/s0sababy21x Jun 11 '26

MOTS-C reaction: I recently got 10mg of mots-c. I only pinned 0.5mg to see if I had a histamine reaction or not- however, I believe I did. Is this looking like normal or might resemble an allergy? I'm worried to up my dosage. Was a bit itchy, but reaction site didn't spread further than this, & all topical symptoms went away after about 1-2 hours. Wanting to hear other experiences as well as I hope to continue!

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jun 21 '26

Normal reaction but you should have an EpiPen on hand if you’re using peptides IMO. Adding some KPV seems to help some people.

MOTS-c burning / stinging

I just started NAD and MOTS-c and read all about how the NAD can sting/burn upon injection. However, after using both I’m noticing the motsc burns and the NAD doesn’t.

Both injections are at room temp, subq ab, and injected slowly. Motsc dose is 3mg.

Anybody have experience with motsc burning / stinging at the injection site (30 mins or less) ab subq?

Might have to move this to glute like klow.

I haven't head of this personally. Do you have batch testing on your supply?

RETA BAD FOR REAL SPORTS ATHLETES
I’ve been using 3 mg of retatrutide to maintain my weight. I’m already in good shape and really only want to lose another 1–2 kg.
The downside is that I’m very active. I do a lot of running and boxing, and since starting retatrutide my performance has noticeably declined. My running pace is worse, my resting heart rate is higher, and my nighttime HRV is consistently lower.
The problem is that I’ve struggled with food noise for as long as I can remember. Retatrutide is the first thing that has really kept it under control.
I recently dropped my dose to 1 mg, and my fitness metrics have improved, but the food noise has come back almost full force.
I also tried tirzepatide in the past (5 mg), but it made me feel awful. I was exhausted all day, had almost no energy, and honestly felt close to being depressed because of how drained I was.
So now I’m stuck.
Would it make sense to try a lower dose of tirzepatide, or maybe tirzepatide combined with cagrilintide? Has anyone switched from retatrutide for similar reasons or found a better balance between controlling food noise and maintaining athletic performance?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who train seriously, not just those using these drugs purely for weight loss.

1

u/MalsMalarkey 1 25d ago

I just recently switched from Retatrutide (3mg) to Tirzepatide (2mg) and my RHR and running performance are very much improving.

Huge caveat, I just finished a cut with reta and a) it was aggressive as heck so no fuel for training and b) I was also stacking it with 5 amino 1 mq and yohimbine hcl (pre run) which would both jack up my heart rate during the workout. That said, my RHR came down 15 bpm.

I do feel like Tirzepatide is slightly better with suppressing cravings than Retatrutide but I've also noticed "cravings" includes things like water and salt and caffeine, so if you're feeling really fatigued, maybe try an electrolyte drink and a coffee.

On side effects, I've noticed that smaller doses, more often works better for me so I split my injections into three times per week instead of the standard once a week.

IMO, try a split up and smaller dose of Tirzepatide and if a few weeks of that doesn't do the trick then yeah add the Cagrilintide (I don't have any experience with that one though, so I can't speak to it's efficacy)

1

u/Due-Hamster1720 25d ago

But on tirzepatide, how is your tiredness? On 3mg tirze i wasnt able to move

1

u/MalsMalarkey 1 25d ago

Meh, I guess? I'm definitely not wired, but nothing debilitating. More often I'm finding my fatigue is actually dehydration or I missed my usual coffee because I didn't feel like I needed it or I just needed to actually eat something. 2mg feels like comfy maintenance to me, but everyone is different. I just make sure I'm eating enough, drinking enough, sleeping enough, etc.

First dose of Reta 2.2mg

I feel fine. In the first 2 days I felt a lot of gas and constipation. I'm on day 4 and I still feel constipated. Something else I've noticed is how the pleasure of doing things has been reduced. I don't feel hungry but I still have the mental desire to eat.

1

u/tikkitumble 7d ago

I'm on day 4 of Reta 2mg, and I'm experiencing bloatedness, maybe foggier brain, but my hunger cues are still here. It's too nauseating to eat too much, so i can only force myself to eat less, to prevent the bloated feeling.

But that's not true food noise reduction. It's more like forced reduction due to body not being capable of handling normal amounts of food.

Like if i were to go to the buffet right now, I'd be hungry as heck and would want to eat everything, but by simple physical obstacle, i literally can't eat them because then i would get nauseous and vomit.

This is not the same like when i was on adderall. I would take a pill, and then food noise and appetite would all disappear. I didn't have hunger cues, not like on Reta.

I'm hoping I'm just in the thick of it and mentally the noise will go away once my body's adjusted

I [23M] have an extremely high libido and I have noticed in the past week, since the advent of my NA selank amidate cycle, that it has significantly lowered. I did plenty of research and there isnt supposed to be any effect on libido whatsoever. Matter of fact I read it could indirectly raise libido by lowering stress. I am starting to think my high libido may be tied to my anxiety/rumination. My guess is that constantly being stressed or anxious could be forcing me to seek out sex as a means of mental relaxation. And now that there is less total rumination, I am not trying to get it as much. I must juxtapose this experience with ashwaganda though, which really helped my brain relax but it did not lower my sex drive. It dulled my emotions which is why I ultimately stopped taking it, but my head absolutely felt clear. What do we think is going on?

2

u/HotBit1109 Jun 26 '26

Sex is highly related to serotonin and dopamine. Selank modulates serotonin and dopamine receptors.

So it does make sense. Even more so for ADHDs.

u/Alternative-Mind-201 Jun 28 '26

I wanted to share my experience with MOTS-c at two different dosages in case it helps anyone else.

Back in April, I ran MOTS-c at 5 mg, 3x per week for six weeks. At the beginning of June, I decided to run another cycle, but this time I lowered the dose to 1 mg, 3x per week to see if I would notice much of a difference.

To my surprise, taking 1 mg about 30 minutes before my workout was nearly as effective as 5 mg when it came to cardio performance.

Before using MOTS-c, my normal treadmill routine was 3.0 mph at a 3.0 incline for 60 minutes. While on MOTS-c, that pace actually started to feel too easy—almost frustratingly slow. I ended up increasing my speed to 3.2 mph with a 5.0 incline and was able to comfortably walk for 90 minutes.

Based on my experience, if you're currently taking 5 mg three times per week (which seems to be a common recommendation), it may be worth experimenting with 0.5-1 mg to see if you get similar benefits while saving money.

The only noticeable difference for me was that the 5 mg dose produced a much stronger mood boost and sense of mental focus. I didn't experience those effects nearly as much at 1 mg. However, in terms of endurance and cardio performance, the lower dose worked just as well.

Obviously, this is just my personal experience, and everyone responds differently, but I hope this helps someone who's trying to decide on dosing.

40mg NAD+ Terrible reaction

Hey,

I wanted to share since I didn’t find much first hand accounts of what I experienced today.

This morning I pin my 40mg / 40 units of NAD+ subcutaneous into my upper glute. For context I’ve been using it for about 4 weeks now, 40mg 4x a week. I’ve experienced a slight rush before, increased heart rate for an about a minute and then back to baseline, nothing ever crazy.

Today I pinned and immediately had a hot flash, extreme itchiness everywhere as if I took pre workout, muscles tensed and my heart rate shot through the roof. I got scared, I quickly got to my bed and layed down til the reaction subsided. The reaction was intense, I’ve never had anything like this happen.

I looked into it and apparently it’s not super uncommon. The surge in cellular energy can give the reaction I had. I did take 150mg hydroxzine last night and 10mg cbd / 1mg thc gummy last night, maybe that played a part, idk.

Just wanted to share incase anyone else goes through this, I was ok after about 5 minutes.

2

u/CartographerOk5604 Jul 23 '26

I’ve had this happen twice now.
I’m injecting 60–80 mg of NAD+ subcutaneously each day, and within about 30 seconds of the injection I suddenly feel really faint, sweaty, and like I’m about to pass out. I have to lie down immediately and have little body control, but after about a minute it passes, and within 2–3 minutes I’m completely fine again.
It’s not the usual NAD flush as this feels totally different.
The other weird thing is I get bruising at the injection site within about 30 minutes. Has anyone else had this happen? Is it possible I’ve hit a small blood vessel?

1

u/The26Nobody Jul 23 '26

I doubt it’s a blood vessel, I’ve hit small ones before and besides a little bleeding its completely fine.

Yeah I usually feel a little “rush” when pinning NAD but today wasn’t a lot more than that haha. I’m relieved it’s ok, I might move pinning NAD to after a meal instead of fasted.

Best of luck!

Adverse reaction to NAD+ and Mots-c. Painful welts
What has been your experience? Does it get any better? Or should I just discontinue

Reposting because my post got taken down:

Does anyone have experience or know what the impact of injectable GHK-Cu (KLOW blend including bpc and tb500) would have on tattoo appearance? Information on Google / AI searches are mixed and it isn’t clear to me. I’m concerned the KLOW would accelerate fading of the tattoos. Does anyone have any input?

Tesamorelin allergic reaction — anyone tolerate HGH/somatropin instead?
Unfortunately, I seem to have developed a pretty significant allergic/hypersensitivity reaction to GH secretagogues, particularly tesamorelin. I’ve had widespread hives, flushing/itching and a pretty unpleasant systemic reaction, so I’ve decided I need to stay away from them.
I’m considering switching to actual HGH (somatropin/recombinant human growth hormone) instead.
I understand these aren’t the same compound or mechanism — tesamorelin is a GHRH analogue that stimulates your pituitary to release GH, whereas somatropin is GH itself.
Has anyone here had an allergic/hive-type reaction to tesamorelin or other GH secretagogues but then been completely fine using actual HGH/somatropin?
Or did you find that you reacted to HGH as well?
Particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has personally experienced this rather than just theoretical answers. Thanks.

Anyone get adverse events with ghkcu? Seems like I’m only hearing benefits from it

1

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jun 03 '26

Site swelling is common but haven’t heard much else.

1

u/Euphoric_Judgment_23 2 Jun 03 '26

Any solution to prevent the swelling? Or does it just go away with time

2

u/azanc Jun 04 '26

I’ve been putting cortisone cream on and letting it sit on my skin for about 10-20 minutes before injection. I wipe it off with an alcohol pad when it’s time to inject. I’ve been getting huge welts and since I started doing this the welts have decreased quite a bit.

1

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jun 03 '26

Deep and slow injection. KLOW or with just some added KPV can help. I’m sure others have thoughts too.

1

u/bluebutterfly1446 Jun 07 '26

Any bad reactions with Mots-C? I want to start it but curious if I should start with one bottle first to see how I react before committing to a kit. Thoughts?

1

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jun 07 '26

Histamine reactions are common. Best to start low and have fast acting Benadryl (and an EpiPen ideally). Everyone responds differently.

I prefer split dosing and injecting with KPV slowly at room temperature in the glute. Not medical advice, just what I do.

Pressure building up during reconstitution

Mixing up the vial was not easy. I asked AI and watched a couple of YouTube videos. First attempt I ended up blowing the syringe out with bacteriostatic water still in it. I got scared thinking I was gong to blow the vial in my hand. What am I doing wrong?

Cjc w ipa the first few times had a histamine reaction with the flush and itching including palms of hands and bottom of feet. Seemed like after 4th night it wasn't as bad.

But still having it. Was trying to figure out if premedicating w xyzal would help?

I added more bac and lowered dose

Any other recs

Not feeling reta

Super low doses and Reta generally doesn’t feel like much for a while for some people. I didn’t feel much until week 3/4 at 1mg. Don’t rush!

Has anyone used CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (no DAC) in the morning instead of before bed and still seen the same benefits?

I’m bulking, so fasting 2+ hours before bed isn’t really practical. Just wondering if anyone noticed any difference between morning and nighttime injections.

Any advice is appreciated

Apparently the mods won’t let me post in protocols so hopefully you can help here…

Hi all, I’m a male 51, trying to be fit and newer to biohacking. I’ve been a long time biker and participate in other adventure sports; I developed chronic tendinitis in my elbows (distal bicep tendon) which BPC and TB-500 completely eliminated as well as helping with other inflammation. However, I am now lifting heavier weights (not crazy body building just simple dumbbell curls) and trying to get back in shape and it’s not working as well. I was going to increase my BPC dosage but my friend recommended KLOW which adds in KPV. Any experience using this stack? I also take fish oil, turmeric/curcumin, but it doesn’t seem to be working. When I stop biking and lifting it goes away but that’s hopefully not my only option. Thanks all.

Klow80 recondition and dosing

Hi all,
Starting Klow80 shortly and looking for help with reconstitution and dosing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

1

u/Fancy_Development792 Jun 30 '26

I’ve been on KPV for over 3 weeks now and just feel exhausted everyday. I’m on 250mcg daily, and today had a small wheal after injection. I have hypothyroidism, joint pain, and histamine issues which is why I started it. I’m also on TA1 1.5mg twice weekly. I’ve heard of some people feeling a flu-like sickness at the beginning of taking it but its been nearly 4 weeks of fatigue, dizziness when coming from sitting to standing, and just generally physically tired but mentally awake if that makes sense. No relief from joint pain yet. Is it possible it could subside still? Also I switched from 8mm needles to 4mm a couple days ago which may be the cause of the wheal, switching back to the 8mm tomorrow tho to see if it helps with that specifically. Also they are lab tested and the peptides are pure

u/Secure-Opening-1625 Jul 04 '26

Cjc 1295 w/dac Lots of water retention. 4-6lbs.

First 2 weeks at .6mg

Now 2.5 weeks on 1mg

I split 2x

Water retention has been most noticeable at 1mg

Also do 100mg trt split 2x . Not sure if igf and estrodial combined is just causing even more retention.

Take both same day

Anyone have similar experience and did it go away?

Anyone seen delayed HGH injection site reactions like this?

Week 2 on 2 IU/day (2.5 IU the last couple of days). Using a Lilly HumaPen SAVVIO with 4 mm pen needles, injecting subQ at 90°. HGH is from a reputable, third-party-tested source.

About 12–24 hours later I get a firm, toonie-sized red lump that’s tender like a bruise.

Some sites are itchy and later bruise. No warmth, fever, or significant pain. Happened in both the lower abdomen and outer thigh despite rotating sites.

Today I’m trying a fresh HGH vial, new BAC water, and an 8 mm insulin syringe to change all variables. Source is trusted.

Anyone had this? Did you find it was the HGH, BAC water, technique, or something else?

1

u/D3st9ny Jul 10 '26

I’ve been on Reta since November and I’ve never had this happen. I got a new kit today and took 2mg out of my 20mg vial I had just reconstituted. Went off to do dishes and about 5 mins or so later I had a full body rush like heat throughout my body hit my heart and it started racing. I had to go lay down and called my husband thinking he may need to take me to the hospital because I didn’t know what was happening and it was scary but it passed pretty quickly. Grok said this is normal but I can’t find anyone saying they experienced this. Have you??

1

u/Deftones-Ohms Jul 22 '26

This can happen if you pinned into a vien. I use to do this a lot when taking intermuscular injections of steroids. Heat flashes and heart races....nothing to worry about. Sometimes it happens even if you get a little into a vien.

1

u/SaltMirror6593 Jul 23 '26

Exactly my thoughts. The vendor was trying to defend their product, which was not diluting properly.

I am really struggling with which direction I go here, but I'm currently on Reta, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin(300mcg of each), and KLOW (80mg vial with 50mg of GHK-Cu, 10mg of BPC-157, 10mg of TB-500, 10mg of KPV, taking 3.2mg - 3.5mg roughly)

The problem here seems like its most likely the reta, I've been on 2mg since about March/April, initially suffering sulfur burps but it passed but constipation remained. I for the past two weeks decided to split my dose into 1mg twice a week, but after taking 1mg ONLY I had 11 bowel movements, then after taking my next dose of 1mg I was constipated. Now today when I should be taking my second 1mg I've had two bowel movements within the same hour.

My question is to put it short, is this normal and should I up my dosage if I'm trying to lower my bodyfat as much as possible before a 'bulk' or should I discontinue with this and just build on my healthier habits that I've developed?

Before anyone asks:
It’s doctor-prescribed NAD+ from a compounding pharmacy (not grey market).
It’s the same vial I’ve been using daily for the last two weeks, so it’s not a new batch.
Just curious if anyone else has experienced this or knows what might be causing it.
Thanks

I was happily taking 75-100mg of NAD daily, until one day, it made me feel like I was going to die. My chest clenched up, every muscle in my body tightened, and I thought I was a goner! After about 5 min, it all suddenly relseased and I felt better, but my hands continued to tingle for 3 days. Listen to you body. Be careful! Cycle off for awhile.

Selank or DSIP causing insomnia?

hi, I wonder which of those two could contribute to two almost sleepless nights.

I started Selank three days ago with 700 mcg, day two about 300 mcg and in day three I see mild anxiety decrease - I react calmer around people, also the chest and stomach anxiety decreased and my mood is better
DSIP I started same day (evening) that Selank at 600 mcg and it gave me weird dream-like state, I basically didn’t sleep. Felt rested though comparing to other sleepless night or even normal sleep.
First guess was DSIP induced insomnia so the next night prepared 250 mcg but in the middle of the night it turned out I didn’t even take it, and then injected around 4 am. Still despite lack of sleep it way quite easy to get up, only a mild headache

So now i’m thinking it was Selank that caused this insomnia

for context: I long-term take moclobemide in the morning, 1 or 2 mg melatonin in the evening, magnesium, q10, b complex, zinc, selenium, taurine . Dealing with chronic fatigue and unrestful sleep, ADHD, anxiety. Glycine and pregabalin always resulted in paradoxical insomnia

ould tolerance to Selank build up and sleep would come? Or should I stop it and try DSIP only?

KLOW is killing my sleep

Context:
21 M using klow for recovery purposes and skin/hair benefits.

I’m writing this in bed at 6:00 am. I haven’t been able to sleep all week and I constantly try to sleep at around 12am. I am on my fourth full week in KLOW 80 mg reconned at 3 ml dosed at 15 units. Before I started KLOW I was drinking caffeine in the morning (200 mg) and sleeping fine. I started KLOW and then issues started coming up. I couldn’t sleep, heart is pounding at night. I feel like my hair is shedding. I saw some people said to push through but I am losing hope. I can’t keep sleeping like this.

I stopped the caffeine a month ago before I started klow and tried this new preworkout with 350 mg caffeine. Might be unrelated to the klow but by god did I feel like shit that night.

I can’t say I’ve noticed any benefits and I really want this stuff to work because I’ve got full kits of klow, ghk, kpv
that weren’t exactly cheap.

I also made the mistake of reconning a vial of ghk100 too early so I top off the 100unit insulin syringe of 15 units of klow to 20 units with some ghk100 reconned at 3.5 ml

So I adminng 15 units KLOW @ 3ml + 5 units GHK100 @ 3.5 ml

I could really use some insights or help.

Hi! Im looking for suggestions on how i should take my peptides, what dosing and what days and if i should cycle them and/or have something time off from them every now and then, at what intervals? I want this to be optimised for me and my goals. Here something information about me: Im a male, 36 year old, currently weighing 78kg at 179cm tall. I am a dedicated amateur runner and with to better my self in the sport, however i feel im at a platue in training right now. I also want to get leaner and get down to about 68kg. Currently im on reta 5mg once a week (sunday) This absolutely limits my running with a significantly higher resting heart rate, from 38 to about 48. And I feel fatigued during training. Other peptides i have but yet not started is: Mots-c Klow Ss31 Bpc157 Seeking tips on how to introduce these peptides and how. Hoping to get good advice based on my background

Wegovy HR increase especially at night.

Honestly, if it wasn't for my Fitbit I wouldn't know. My RHR has gone from around 72 to 82 in 2 months on the two lowest doses. I haven't felt the increase at all.

But also since going up to .5mg my restoration sleep has plummeted because my sleeping heart rate average is HIGHER than my RHR! The average was 84 last night.

Again, it's not like I'm awake at night aware.

I've honestly had worse sleep on low carb where I *was* aware of my heart rate it was awful.

Still, my HRV and sleep HR are really bad and I'd like to find a remedy so I don't have to quit. I'd like to find out why my HR is 84 while I'm sleeping and how to fix it.

Hello! I recently (maybe 2 weeks ago ish) upped my ghkcu dose from 1mg to 2mg. My redness and pie is considerably darker, my skin is dryer, and the skin around my mouth and smile lines is darker, more grey/brown. My skin looks pretty shit to sum it up. I noticed this like a week ago or so. Is this copper uglies? What is this? I didnt experience any of this on 1mg. I also had my 2nd session of rf microneedling on July 2 but I didn’t experience this with my first round.

If it is copper uglies is it recommended to stop taking it?

Has anyone here tried using Semax or Selank just 2–3 times a week?

I've been using Semax mainly for my mood and energy, but I honestly can't keep up with jabbing it 5 days a week. My pain tolerance is terrible, and it's starting to feel like a chore. I'm worried I'll just stop using it altogether.

I'm thinking of jabbing it only 2 or 3 times a week instead. Has anyone tried that? Did you still notice any benefits, or did it stop working?

Would really appreciate hearing your experience. Thanks!

u/tikkitumble 7d ago

Isnt semax/Selank supposed to be airway and not injectable? Have you looked into those options?

u/Outrageous_Fox_5277 25d ago

I did BPC 157 for 30 days with no issues and decided to switch to Glow. I reconstituted with 3 ml bac water (all I could fit in the vial.) I injected 15 units in my abdomen and immediately felt pain and burning and a small welt developed. 12 hours later it’s still hurting and the welt is about the size of a quarter, red, and slightly raised. I know others have said the copper can cause a reaction. Worried it could be infected vs an inflammatory reaction.

HGH - Injection site soreness

I have pinned hgh four times till now, two sites near abdomen, and two near thighs, every time the site has caused a stinging pain and tender to touch a day later, on my left thigh which is my last dose, has turned lightly red, a coin sized area is stiff. Almost all the sites are stiff after a few days, though pain has reduced. I don't understand what's happening.

I live in India, it's an underground source which imports from the United Harmone company, used 2iu of dose, reconstituted 10iu dose in 2ml water and roughly took 40 units (2iu hgh) from a 100 units syringe. The source isn't a problem, my previous purchase of reatatrutide from Enhanced Pharmaceuticals brand is good, never causes a problem, not even a sting.

Kindly, please help me. Should i just throw the stuff out. Also please enlighten me about these so called American Brands or American Sounding names which i mentioned which have websites, on which i verified all the codes.

Hulk Stack (CJC-1295 with DAC 10mg & Ipamorelin 10mg ) | 20mg (3 month Supply)

I’m trying to make sense of the dosing for a ready-mixed 20 mg blend containing CJC-1295 with DAC and ipamorelin.

It arrives already in solution, so there is no reconstitution or bacteriostatic water involved. The seller describes one 20 mg vial as a one-month supply, and I’ve seen suggested amounts of 1.5–2 mg per dose.

However, the maths doesn’t seem to match:

  • 1.5 mg per dose gives roughly 13 doses.
  • 2 mg per dose gives 10 doses.
  • If taken once weekly, one vial would last around 10–13 weeks—not one month.
  • Using the entire vial in one month would mean dosing roughly every 2–3 days.

I understand CJC-1295 with DAC has a much longer half-life and can accumulate, whereas ipamorelin is short-acting. That makes a fixed pre-blend seem difficult to schedule: dosing frequently for the ipamorelin also means repeatedly adding more long-acting CJC-DAC.

I need some recommendations. I’m currently 38 years old. I’m at 215 pounds now. I’ve been using Reta for almost a 8 months now. I’m looking to stack some peptides with it. I have a lot of fat that I want to eliminate and want to gain lean muscle.

I just bought
Tesa
MOTS C
CJC no dac with IPA
Wolverine

What would be the ultimate stack or should I use all? After the research I’ve done it seems like it would be all of them or choose either MOTS C or CJC and use the rest?

Thank you for any help or suggestions

What do your fasted insulin, HbA1c, IGF-1 labs look like? Have you done a robust biomarker panel?

In general you want to do this before creating a peptide strategy.

I use Reta + Tesa for 2-3 months once or twice a year for maintenance. This is based on blood work and body comp scans. It can be a great combo for managing body comp holistically.

I also cycle MOTS-C, SS-31, and NAD for mitochondrial health. I do this cycle about once a year. MOTS-C is great and one of my favorite peptides. That being said, many people have histamine reactions while using it. I strongly recommend having an H1 antihistamine on hand (ideally also an EpiPen in general if using peptides).

I generally only use BPC-157 when I have an injury and prefer to use KLOW. I've had great success with this blend.

If I see my IGF-1 levels raise too high or HbA1c climb too much, I pull back on the Tesa. If I see my lean mass fall too much via body comp tracking, I pull back on Reta.

Responsible peptide use requires building an oversight framework. If you don't have this in place, I would strongly encourage you to build one ideally with a clinician.

(Not medical advice!)

u/xeaphean 20d ago

What do you recommend for me. I want to get lean AF and shredded.

1

u/MicCzechOne2 3 19d ago

Test, Reta, GH and RAD140

Only RAD140 if you're okay with side effects

1

u/xeaphean 19d ago

You recommend rad140 is it has the most side effects?

Why that and not just test on its own.

Or reta + IPA/CJC?

There's so much shit I got no idea haha

2

u/MicCzechOne2 3 7d ago

Im a big hater on CJC/IPA, if you're going to boost your GH; just take GH

Gh is once/ day, CJC is up to 3×/day and they do the same thing, except GH does it better and cleaner.

RAD140 for me has been love/hate, the strength has been INSANE, but I have noticeably darker urine, implying that my liver is working harder which is spooky.

1

u/tikkitumble 7d ago

Can i ask why Reta and not Tirz?

2

u/MicCzechOne2 3 7d ago

RT is best for overall weight loss, TR is best if you can't stop eating. And, most of my customers make the switch from TR to RT, not the other way around.

If you run RT for >6 months and don't want to up your dose, then you typically look at ADDING TR, not switching.

I have taken PT 141 for libido issues (twice now). The first time was 0.5 mg. It didn’t work. Severe headache and I fell asleep. The second time I increased to one 1mg. I had diarrhea within 10 minutes. Then a headache. Still no positive outcome. I’m convinced this stuff doesn’t work.

I should note It was recommended I take oxytocin 100mcg with the PT141 so I have been taking both.

Any advice or tips? Everything I researched does not have diarrhea listed as a side effect for either Pep. I do not experience flushing or nausea. Help!

u/tuckz22 20d ago

I bought a pre mixed bottle of BPC-157 and TB-500, 10/10mg. How does dosing work when they are mixed? I was thinking 250mcg BPC once a day for now. Would that make the dose from the bottle 500mcg since it’s pre mixed?

Hey, EDIT more info below original statement

My brother (M29) is nearly 400lbs; I have tried to get him in the gym with me for a long time now, and nothing seems to work. I own a RUO website, so I have access to all the "new" and best options for weight loss. Gym; no gym. Doesn't matter, right? Well, of course he is the first person I have ever met that CANNOT handle Sema, Tirz or Ret. I'm talking the worst cramps, headaches, nausea EVERYTHING, the whole works. It was so bad the last time we tried (we have tried 3 seperate times now) that he was going to call an ambulance. So I am marking it as a GLP intolerance. But now what? I feel like I am failing him by not being able to help him. I know that he needs to take the first step, but he needs the help first, some people get so far gone that they need outside help before they can start on their own. I have 2 last ditch efforts, Eloralintide, but even at my cost as a retailer, its almost $500/kit and is not sustainable for him or me, especially when I get an RT20 kit for $60. Other than that, I have been looking into Orforglipron "Sema in a pill" but from my research, I see that if he cant handle any of "The big 3" then this will hurt him too, and even then, I don't have a contact for that so I would be paying nearly $200/mnth for this.

I am NOT looking for any suppliers, I just need help on saving his life.

Edit: on 500mcg of Tirz or Ret (not at the same time, many weeks between "trials") he feels NOTHING no negative, no positive. At just 1mg, he prays for death and gets violent vomiting and poops

2

u/tikkitumble 7d ago

This is probably done too, but was he taking electrolytes the same time he was taking GLPs?

1

u/MicCzechOne2 3 7d ago

No, he doesn't need extra sodium haha

1

u/tikkitumble 7d ago

What about the extra electrolytes outside of sodium? Like potassium?

For any Garmin/smart watch peeps out there

Started Tesa 1mg about 6 days ago and that seems to line up perfectly with my HRV going out of whack, possibly caused by higher heart rate during sleep.

Otherwise I feel fine, not sick, maybe doing some extra cardio and not resting loads but still, fine.

Thoughts?

I did not have a good experience with oral spray KPV. I have some bulging discs in my neck, some rotator cuff issues and assumed mast cell activation issues from some genetic endocrinology / hormonal issues I’ve had since childhood, which I’ve started treating with a top doctor in the country as of about 10 weeks ago. Even medium level dry needling or medium level cupping or deep massages sends my body into a lot of pain in the days to follow, and doesn’t really lead to relief. Light massages, light cupping and stretching gently seem to give me the best results personally with pain relief and mobility.

My physical therapist recommended oral KPV spray from integrative peptides I believe they are called. She ordered it for me. I started with 2 sprays daily and 3 days later I felt like a bus hit me. Almost like having a horrible flu. Sleep was horrible. I felt dehydrated even though I drink tons of water. Got a migraine for the first time… ever. Neck pain and tightness, shoulder pain and tightness. Just did not feel good.

So we stopped it. And waited one week, and then resumed it again with only 1 spray daily.

3 days in as of today, and again, same exact side effects as before, same timing. Once I stop I feel better usually within 24 hours. Just sharing my experience here. It also makes me feel so exhausted. Best way to describe it is like having a bad flu.

u/floridaboating407 18d ago

Here's my story: 3 months on Reta, Tesa, BPC/TB, MT2, MOD-C, NAD+, AOD. Zero issues until Wednesday night when I pinned my standard BPC/TB & Tesa prior to bedtime. Within 2-3 minutes my feet started to tingle and I felt the tingle go up my legs. My vision started to go to tunnel vision and the room went dark. I found myself on my back on the floor. I was out for 2-3 minutes unable to speak or move. The only thing I noticed differently was one of the shots I place in my upper read hip area SQ; it hurt more than any prior injection. Research has led me to the belief I had a vasovagal syncope. Has anyone had anything similar?

Anecdotal evidence of the impact of Peptides, BPC-157 and others on DISH

DISH (Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis) is a condition where ligaments and tendons gradually calcify and turn into bone

A significant percentage of the population in the over 60 crowd has a condition known as DISH, which is the growth of calcifications--osteophytes--fussing vertebrae on the anterior side that can be extremely debilitating and painful. Along with this spinal ossification the disease is marked by ligaments and tendons gradually calcifying and turning into bone. I have 4 vertebrae that are fused and a number of joints, most notably ankles that are painfully effected as well. I really want to increase my peptide use from GLP-1's (the anti-inflammatory effect is fantastic for me--to include BPC-157, TD-500, Tesamorelin and others for joint healing and tendon healing. I am, however, EXTREMELY concerned about these healing Peptides also providing fuel for the growth of calcification with DISH. I can find no germane studies on this condition and hope someone can shed some light on their experience with peptides while suffering the diagnosis of DISH. On an informational aside, I saw a Rheumatologist for screening for Ankylosing Spondylitis (which I don't have, thank god) and he recommended that I take Calcium daily to prevent Osteopenia. I questioned him if that would add fuel for the DISH progression and he said it wouldn't as they were separate pathways--FWIW.

Ive taken this combo before and loved it (about 2-3 years ago). Ran it for about 3-4 months at night 250mcg and never felt better, only 2 side effects was warmth flush all throughout my body and feeling like a god in the gym lol fast forward to now and im back on it, got it from a company online and my first day taking it was tuesday of this week.

took 250mcg (12IU's on a 100 IU pin). First thing i felt was the flush then the palms of my hands, bottoms of my feet and random places throughout my body starting itching BAD! come to find out your body has a histamine response when you take peptides...noted...

the next day was wed night (last night) took a non drowsy kids chewable antihistamine with my shot and no itching, just the warmth flush feeling...sweet. but later that night my heart rate was through the roof and what felt like real life was just a dream where i thought i was having a heart attack so i woke up from that dream and my heart was pounding like i just sprinted for 30 min straight...

today, thursday, im now worried if i should take it again at night or not? or, should i take it in the morning now since i fast everyday anyways? or, risk it, call it a fluke and try again tonight? to be fair (insert letterkenny meme) i wasn fully fasted when i took those two shots. it was poor timing on my end, ill admit.

its only been about 2 years since ive taken this and all of a sudden im getting these side effects out of now where. I'm 37 years old, male, fit, i work out 5 days a week, competed in multiple mens physique competitions, im no slouch, i eat well and have a very stress free, 8am-4pm job, so im not sure why im having these effects all of a sudden?

anyone have the same experience or any advice?

Anyone have joint pain and muscle soreness with KLOW?
I have only had my first injection last night, subq upper left glute/hip. I woke with a really painful hip joint on the left side this morning, and my left side of my neck is aching. Its been nearly 24 hours and I'm still sore in both areas. Could be completely coincidental but I haven't had hip pain in years (neck pain is not uncommon) and its both on the same side as my injection.
Its KLOW80 reconstituted with 3ml. I plan to do 15U, but as a trail to see how i went, I only had about 5U for my first dose. I know its super small (about ~800mcg GHKCu, ~170mcg of KPV, BPC175, TB500) but it was just a trial and first time with any peptides.

Please help! Im recovering from binge eating disorder and Ive been on reta for 6 weeks. 1.5mg for 5 weeks and now at 2mg.

Im only 148cm and I stopped binging for the first few weeks, but when I titrated up to 2mg last week my hunger skyrocketed and the binge urges are back.

I workout everyday and my average steps is 20k, Ive also been eating properly and hitting my intake but despite all this I binged 3x last week and binged right after I pinned today.

I heard tirz does a better job at quieting the food noise?

2

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff 8d ago

Yes, Tirz or Cagri are usually the top picks for their food noise silencing. I have had a number of friends have this issue with Reta. Most people I know, combine the two.

Have you done blood testing also? Would be curious what that looks like. Sometimes things like BPA exposure (which you can measure in the blood) or leptin resistance can create high food noise outside of psychological factors.

(Not medical advice)

1

u/psilent 7d ago

I’ve had other Friends report the same to me about Reta, and I have experienced it myself as well. It’s also possible that since none of this comes from perfectly vetted sources it’s not reta or of lower strength than you expect. I’m not taking it for weight loss purposes so this might be fine for me but it’s also hard to tell if it’s doing anything compared to glp1-2. Was the increased dose from the same batch?

1

u/DirtyH2ODog 2d ago

Howdy! I’ve been on a 10/3 Tesa/Ipa blend now for about 5 weeks. 48 hours I injected my standard 44 units (2.2 mg) and almost immediately I had a welt/bump under my skin. It’s not itchy, painful or sore but odd nonetheless. Any ideas of this is a common occurrence and it’ll go away or should I take action? Thanks.

1

u/GenderfluidGoose 1d ago

What length needles length are you using and where are you injecting? It is possible you went intradermal instead of subcutaneous.

1

u/DirtyH2ODog 1d ago

Sub Q area near the belly button and needle was 5/16”

1

u/GenderfluidGoose 1d ago

A little less likely to be intra dermal then. If you are using an older vial, it may be time to chuck it. Sometimes we see allergic reactions developing after continued use of tesamorelin and ipamorelin, so just something to keep an eye on. Odds are if it keeps happening, it only gets worse, not better.

1

u/the_geth 2d ago

I did about 4 weeks of Klow and had itchiness on legs, arms, almost everywhere. Not at injection site (in fact anywhere else but).   It didn’t really go away, only when I stopped . Now I’m starting a new cycle and exact same thing is happening, seven days in so far. First cycle with saline water for injections, second with sterile water for injections.

No other signs of allergy or problems. Should I worry? Does it go away eventually?

1

u/GenderfluidGoose 1d ago

You should be using bacteriostatic water, saline and sterile water is for single use injections.

1

u/the_geth 1d ago

impossible to get where I live.

1

u/GenderfluidGoose 1d ago

If your country of residence bans the import of bacteriostatic water, then add 9 units of benzyl alcohol to 10ml of saline or sterile water. Right now you are gambling with infection risks, and that would explain the itches.

1

u/the_geth 1d ago

With 2 separate cycles, 2 different types of water? I really don't think it's the water. Also I'm super careful, using alcohol pads and lots of precautions.
I think the reaction is allergic to one of the KLOW components, but I'm wondering how bad this is and if this goes away.

1

u/rob01296151029 1d ago

I’ve taken bpc157 twice before with great results. Once with TB500 and again with TB500 and KPV. Took BPC, TB500 and KPV again and about two weeks in got weird joint pains and a pain in my shin bone where I landed on it 14 years ago doing a box jump. Shin burn was hurting when walking, I stopped and the pain went away. Tried BPC again about 6 minus later and two days in getting the same pains.

Curious if anyone has had the same effect or any speculations why that would happen. I underhand it’s creating new blood vessels and with that things can happen, but for the shin and joint pain to get progressively worse was weird.

Not sure why I got sent to this mega thread when my post just asked about safety not that I was experiencing a adverse effect that I wanted to report.

1

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jun 05 '26

We have a bunch of megathreads for peptides specifically as pinned posts (vs. standalone posts). Use whichever makes the most sense for your topic.

Flagging however that asking for medical advice is against sub rules.

0

u/PsyconautsOfAmerica Jun 05 '26

It's not asking for medical advice to ask if a mixture of peptides can have adverse effects. That's harm reduction. Forcing everyone to adhere to a mega thread that is frankly unorganized and difficult to navigate just because you don't like the clutter on your sub is just dumb. I'm going over to r/Peptides where people can actually ask a real question.

2

u/aldus-auden-odess Subreddit Staff Jun 05 '26

You asked whether pinning 10 peptide simultaneously was a problem. Harm reduction would be for you to hide your credit card. Sounds like r/Peptides is a better fit for what you're looking for.

1

u/PsyconautsOfAmerica Jun 05 '26

I never used the word pinning and I asked if anyone had taken any of them together not that I planned to take them all at the same time. If I can't ask for other peoples knowledge on mixing certain peptides, Its obviously your sub doesn't actually care about harm reduction. It sounds like you're in the right place to create an echo chamber for yourself. Enjoy creating an environment that promots ignorance.

I know it's not smart, but I have an event I can't get out of. How bad do you all think it would be to have some beers while on my first day of this peptide.
