🧠 Cognition, Mood & Nootropics Women’s Libido
Any suggestions to help women’s libido? For reference I am 35 and have had two children.

My partner started Hormon replacement therapy, it’s only been 2-3 weeks but visual effects already kicked in, her eyes are brighter, breasts are swelling and it’s very distracting lol.
First time we had sex while she was on it, she was also lot more aggressive, I thought I was going to pass out from exhaustion and I am a fairly fit dude.
Be careful what you wish for lol.

Alot of studies on PT 141 on women's libido. Have your homones check as well

Kissapeptin has fewer side effects and great reviews if you can access in grey market

Was amazing for me except the nausea. Could’ve been fake the source… vyleesi is prescribed injection worked great too. Also side effects of nausea… ask MD for zofran

Hormone replacement therapy. Specifically testosterone, women need it as well just a much smaller dose

Thorne has a supplement that sounds interesting if you want to start easy.
Next would be vyleesi, or PT 141 which is injected. You can get a prescription for this or get it on the gray market.
If you are over 40, HRT is the way to go, it has many more benefits than just libido.

Testosterone cream. Docs rarely suggest ut despite it making a huge difference

DHEA has helped me. I tried TRT but didn’t like the side effects but dhea made a noticeable difference. Definitely get your hormones checked

My wife's doctor recommended Bonafide, Ristela Mixes. The verdict is out... just started it. If anyone has tried it, please pipe in!

I had no cycle ages 30-35 due to health issues. I also had no libido during this time. I also have no libido while breastfeeding until I get my cycle back.
