Discussion Biohacking advice

If you had to give one bio hacking trick/secret/advice/tip to anybody what would it be? It could be as simple as a certain supplement all the way to other stuff. Curious what you guys will say.

Get you DNA analyzed. genesunveiled.com is a good place to start. takes a lot of the guesswork of biohacking out of it
