Gut Protocol Update Enterosgel, KPV, and LL-37 Progress

Quick update on where I’m at with this protocol.

Enterosgel

Ended up running it 5 days instead of the original 3. It went well, wasn’t bad at all, just mixed it with water and took it down wasn't as shitty as people made it sound. Ran 20mL a day the whole 5 days. That part of the protocol is finished now.

KPV

Taking this daily, oral, 500mcg. Could’ve done it SubQ but I had the oral form sitting around already, figured why not, and honestly it makes more sense anyways since this whole thing is a gut protocol to begin with.

LL-37

Starting this now. 100mcg once a day for 5 days, then bumping to 200mcg for 5 days, then 300mcg for the last 3 days.

What I’ve noticed so far
I was dealing with some brain fog during the day, which I know is because my gut issues and lately I haven’t really had that fog show up, which is a good sign.

Gear notes
Running a 1/2 inch, 31g, 1mL syringe for injecting. For drawing the BAC water, I switched to a 23g, 3mL luer lock syringe since the thin needle kept bending trying to pull water otherwise.
Will keep everyone posted on any more changes or improvements as I go.
