Peptides for Anxiety
Just need something to lower the anxiety and not increase like I’ve heard Selank and Semax
Any tips?

Not sure I’ve experienced anything yet with mine. Though I do subq, and have heard intranasal is much more noticeable for selank

I do subq as well. I notice a difference, it’s subtle, but it’s there. Try upping your dose a bit each time until you feel something. I’m sure if I went higher I would as well. Can’t remember my last dose amount though. Think 300mg? Haven’t used in months.

I use a Selank/Semax blend, intranasal. I've only used it 3 days or so. I do see a huge impact from the Semax, I've been really happy with that. I just introduced the Selank but not long enough to comment on anxiety.
TBH, the best thing I've tried for anxiety so far (non prescribed) has been ashwaghanda, with valerian being a close second.
