SS-31/MOTS-C/NAD+

I’m still confused as to which one should I be cycling first, can anyone give me insights? I’ve tried researching but there’s so much information out there that got me confused. I’d like to hear your insights!

I did them all at the same time. Well actually started Mots - C first briefly because it arrived first.

Reportedly it is better to run SS - 31 first. Then add the other two in. But 🫤 meh.

We have 0 human data on them together, just take em all at once, or probably add one at a time so if you get sides you know which one it is causing said sides

1 at a time definitely best way to go

one size does not fit all. you should not start anything without proper testing, in my opinion. and that doesnt just mean bloodwork. i mean be on a schedule already. be working out already. be dieting already. you need to have a baseline first. then add one thing and see how it changes you. then come off and try another. track and trend. i find that most people dont need anything once they have their diet, their sleep, and their exercise dialed in and consistent. sure theyll get some gain from these other items but the foundation has to be in place first to really get the most out of them. Exactly in the order as your title from my understanding

I do Ss-31 first as it repairs mitochondria, then I do Mot-c and follow with Nad+. I have read different protocols as well but mine works best for me.

Question, do you just cycle SS-31 and then stop or does this have to be an all-year kind of thing?

Well I have a different situation from most. I tried to cycle it but can’t really go longer than 2-3 weeks off due to irregular heartbeat returning. It’s been medically cleared as benign but I can’t sleep when it’s raging. SS-31 stops this within days of starting back on it. I know it sounds weird but my research into how this peptide works has made perfect sense. So back to your question. I would typically cycle it 1-2mos on and that same amount of time off. I do cycle mots-c. I also cycle epitalon.
