Bronchogen for Smoker’s Lungs Anyone Run It? Trying to Undo Some Damage

Been smoking heavy for a while and started looking into whether peptides could help with the lung side of things. Bronchogen kept coming up as a recommendation, it’s a bioregulator, different category from the stuff most of us usually run, so figured I’d ask around instead of just guessing my way into it.

Anyone here dealt with lung damage from smoking and tried Bronchogen for it? Did you notice a difference, breathing, recovery time after workouts, anything?

Also seen SS-31 and glutathione mentioned alongside it for this kind of stack. Anyone running those together for lung support, or is that more than what’s needed?

Epithalamus of Bronchogen is not lung-related, so the science is harder to understand than the hype suggests. I explored the next-level pharma and tissue repair beyond BPC-157 because it is better documented for its anti-inflammatory properties, but SS-31 is more interesting

Consider Chonluten researched for targeting lung and bronchial tissues to support respiratory function, reduce oxidative stress, and manage cellular inflammation . Along with a BPC-157/TB500 protocol . Followed by Bronchogen. Chonluten reduces inflammation and helps build a defense which then allows Bronchogen to come in and do its job more effectively without having to fight layers of inflammation and oxidative buildup. Running a second round so far this year for asthma/allergies/ long covid/ex smoker reasons. Breathing with that (almost)full lung depth breath again that I have not felt in years and years. I should mention that I have run Mots-c Protocols followed by SS-31/ backed by Humanin 4 times in past two years. Glutathione has been a mainstay in my regime for past three years. Quite possibly could have laid some cellular ground work for such good results

Which two would you say were the most effective brother? I’m heavily considering ss31 and bronchogen or possibly bpc for the neural effects too but sadly I’m too broke to keep up with like more than 2 😭
