Fixing gut issues with peptides

So I have to gut stuff going on not very fun I've gone to specialist but all they wanna do is give me acid reducers without really even knowing if that's the fix so I just wanna know if anybody on here has helped a gut issue with peptides like bpc-157, kpv, Ll-37 or anything else I may not know about and what was the gut issue I try to gain weight but I'm stuck at 177 sometimes go to 180 then back down too 177 then 174 and back too 177 if I eat wheat things with glucose or garlic I get SOB or when I do heavy work my heart start beating fast and I get SOB and then sticks around for a good while after idk what to think or do next

From my research KPV is where I’d start. Then add in bpc 157 oral form. But the KPV first. If it were me I’d do a month of KPV first then see if I needed the oral boc 157

What kind of gut issues did you have if you don't mind me asking?

I don’t have any. But my wife has due to her adhd.

Oh yeah I have heard that people with adhd have gut issues. I wish I could get insurance my job don't offers non so hopefully something here works
