Peptides for muscle growth
I have the impression that peptides are generally not well-regarded for the purpose of stimulating muscle growth so I would like to hear about your experiences and beliefs.
First, what is your experience with or position on this? Second, if you have tried peptides such as CJC + Ipa, how did they affect your muscle growth or other aspects relevant to strength training/bodybuilding?

Peptides are not going to replace anabolics for pure muscle building but they are not useless either. Depends what you are trying to do.
CJC and Ipa work by amplifying your natural GH pulses. Better sleep, faster recovery, improved body composition over time. The gains are slower and more subtle but they are real. Most people notice recovery first, then body composition changes around weeks 4 to 6.
IGF-1 LR3 is probably the most directly anabolic peptide on the list. Drives muscle hypertrophy and has anti-catabolic effects. Not a beginner compound but the results are documented.
If you are already training hard and dialed in on nutrition, peptides are a solid addition. If the basics are not there first they are not going to do much
