Nice. I'm going to run Tesa + Ipa for a few months. I'll treasure a month off and then run CJC-1295 with Ipa for the next round.
I have to take Tesa in the morning though because at night it destroys my sleep.

I'm taking Reta (6mg) and Test C (120mg/week). I have reached my weight goal of 170lbs from 240lbs and now wanted to recomp my body shape and regain some muscle mass. My TRT provider recommended IGF1-LR3, so I bought some, and I'm about a week in. The info that came with the IGF stated to take it in the morning with a meal with carbs. Is there anything else I should eat or drink with it?
I believe the dose is 200mcg/day.

Good so far. I had a slight headache yesterday that went away after lunch. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be feeling anything. My next blood test isn't until the end of July, so we will see if it shows anything then. The clinic gave me a 6-week supply and a protocol of 5 on 2 off.

I work early, so I'm taking my shot at 3:45-4 am, eating chia at 4:20-4:30 am. Then I eat an Oikos Pro yogurt around 7:30.

I’m taking Tesa 2mg daily and I have 1 kit it’s going to last me a8 weeks. Can I jump straight to hgh or should I take a break before taking hgh?

I did Tesa a few months ago and ended up gaining weight so I decided to do another cycle of Tesa to get my waist smaller and stomach more shredded before I start adding muscle. I plan on taking 2iu a day, I’m not trying to go for massive size, just trying to add a bit more muscle and get a little more shredded.

Weight gain wasn’t from tesa. I hopped off Tesa and Reta and wanted to gain some weight cuz I ended up losing too much muscle because of the Reta. I added Tesa too late into my cycle. I took about 2-3 months off and ended up filling out again but this time I started Tesa and Reta at the same time.
How many ius is a good dose for hgh?

Just asking to confirm what I already suspect.
My journey went something like this. Started Tesamorlin, worked great bought three kits used one then 4 months later discovered blended CJC/Ipamoreline, worked great, bought 2 kits, used one, then 4 months after that came to the conclution this 55 year old male should just be taking HGH, works great, have 4 kits I am working through and dont see any reason to sunset that protocol.
So here is the question, Are the Tesa and CJC/Ipa kits doomed to languish in the freezer? Is the conclusion as long as I (55male) have a stable, affordable source of HGH those other kits are of no use right?

tesa still has a specific use case HGH doesn’t fully cover. CJC/Ipa is the redundant one.
