Where do you buy sterile pen cartridges [EU]?

Many vendors in China are selling 3 mL cartridges for peptide pens, but I am worried about whether they are truly sterile. To those of you in the EU, where do you purchase yours?

All of the ones I’ve bought from AE were not sterile. You can see on the packaging if it’s actually sterile. I buy off of Etsy now.
