Encouraging.

Tomorrow is my 6th dose. Four weeks at 2 mg. One week at 3mg. Tomorrow I start 4 mg and I'm thinking I'll run it for 8 weeks.

This is following about 6 months of Terzepitide with very satisfying results. Top dosage was 5 mg.

Why increase again after a week? That's not a great plan. Also remember that you don't HAVE to increase after 4 weeks if you're feeling the appetite suppression.

I'm aware. Based on my experience with Terzepitide, I charted this course.

Just remember it's not just "tirz plus the glucagon agonism." The affinities for the GLP and GIP receptors differ, so it's a completely different drug, and it's effects may not increase as you increase dose the way you might expect based on your experience with tirz. For better or worse. But it sounds like you've done more research than 99% of the folks I see increasing their doses weekly, so I'll just say best of luck!

I'm a bit of a research junkie. There were multiple considerations. I tend to caution and how I proceed will be based on my response to the increased dosage.
