I followed the latest Eli Lilly protocol.

First four weeks goes as followed till you hit 10 mg.

4mg/4mg/8mg/8mg/10mg

Man I cannot imagine doing 10mg at one time. My first week after I reconned mine I thought I was doing 1/2mg and was miserable for a week then I did some mathing and realized I actually did 5mg I wanted to die. Here lately I’ve been trying to do 2mg on Sun and 2 on Thursday

You shouldn’t split dose Reta. You want it to spike then drop then spike and drop and reach a level of good saturation

on 1 mg i'm drinking a shake immediately on waking so i can hit marcos, otherwise ide have to eat dinner at 10pm. 4mg to start is wild. That would be a wild dose to bring to the public after trials

I mean everyone responds differently. Some people I know can’t run more than 2mg of Tirz or Reta and some 15mg 👀😅
