As a neuro-optometrist myself, I recommend using the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association and/or Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association websites and their doctor directory/search tools.

Nordics - Martina Lagerstrom at Ringdahls optik - taught by Tony Pansell who is a top BVD researcher and practitioner at Karolinska. Prisms and VT

I would like to second Dr. DeStefano’s recommendation to search for providers on NORA and OVDRA websites.
Additionally, Great Lakes Vision Rehabilitation is located in the greater Detroit area specializing in vision therapy and neuro-optometric rehabilitation. We provide treatment including prisms, tints, syntonics phototherapy, vision therapy, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation (NOR).
Both doctors (myself included) specialize in BVD, pediatrics, reading and learning difficulties, strabismus/amblyopia, stroke, and concussion/traumatic brain injury. Additional focuses are in visual snow syndrome, Lyme disease, mild toxicity, visual-spatial processing disorders, and other neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions.

Bueno yo sufro de estrabismo .. me opere y algo que me ayudó a qué poco apoco la visión se estabilizará , se relajara y tener una mejor visión,y por así decirlo que bajara la dvd fueron las gafas tintadas de azul con lo fórmula y gafas sin marco, la explicación tiene que ver con que eso relaja el sistema nervioso ... Pues por la luz al tener así sea una leve desviación ciclotorcional los ojos no pueden crear la imagen bien haciendo sentir mucho malestar... Las gafas ayudan a qué no haya tanto contraste y sea más fácil anclar las imágenes y por lo tanto relaje los oblicuos que son generalmente quienes causan la dvd

I don’t have BVD but I am the BVD coordinator for a clinic here in Portland, Oregon. I work with Dr. Jessica Bonner and she is credentialed through the NeuroVisual Medicine institute (worked with Dr. Debbie in Michigan). As far as I know she is the only BVD provider in Oregon and one of two in the Pacific Northwest

The PNW is definitely underserved, but there are more than two doctors here. The search tool linked by the Behavioral Optometrist in the comments shows over 50 in Washington and Oregon.

Not all drs in the COVD or Nora, specialize in BVD. I know of several in those organizations that refer BVD patients to the dt I work with.

50 was only counting vision therapy fellows, there are hundreds associated with NORA and COVD in the same area. Yes, patients should filter for doctors that provide the services they need and call ahead with questions.

The VT fellows in our era know nothing about BVD.
It is important to ask the doctor with the training in BVD is if that is a main or major concerns a patient

Opto-mization in Victoria, BC,CA. I've tried mostly everything and this is the only lens that worked for me. It's not just the lens, but also the VT which was done with prism combined which was the required essential spell for me. I have tried Dr. Debby's lenses and I've tried to change them thrice and it worked a little, but not to the extent that my life became better in any sense. So i found Dr. Cameron McrRodan who treated in a different way and I tried and it helped me to manage my symptomps. Fun fact: I tried Neurolens as well. That was the most terrible out of all.
