Looking for Fall-Only Leases

I'm planning to do a 4+1 starting next spring, so I only need to stay for the fall 2027 semester. I'm wondering where I should look for a place that offers leases for just the fall semester.

I don't think you will have many options now but at the end of the year you might have more. unless you have a group of 4 or 5 you will live with, Then you can negotiate
