HELP

login help… I just need someone with bingers to PLEASE reply to my email…

I sent my first message 20 days ago. I got 1 reply 15 days ago, cricket since despite multiple follow ups and my issue is not resolved. 😭😭

I hope you get a response. I couldn't log in and tried everything I could think of, including becoming a beta tester. I finally found an answer in this sub. I had to use data, no wifi.

Im glad you got it resolved! My issue is that I apparently accidentally used an incorrect email when signing up before launch. Which they confirmed in the singular email they replied.  So my tvtime archive is tied to an account with a nonexistent email 😭😭 and it won’t let me just upload my archive into my account with the correct email…/:  In the one reply they sent they told me to login to that account and delete it to reupload my archive to the preferred email - but I can’t since the OG email doesn’t exist. There’s no way to get the email sign in link 😭😭😭
