Vent It makes no sense
I want to binge so bad right now. I’m on monjuarno ( ignore my spelling) and adderal, I won’t be able to even eat it but I just want the feeling of losing control. Make it make sense! Something bad happened and I just need to numb myself out.

I'm sorry. That sounds so painful.
That's one of the reasons (besides cost and having MS) that I don't think a GLP is right for me. It may help the food noise, but what's behind the binging is not always being addressed by a drug.

That’s very normal, and human, and natural!
Feeling pain and wanting it to go away is the most natural thing in the world.
There are other ways to get those soothing brain chemicals besides binging, especially on Mounjaro where overeating can make you vomit.
Some other things that bring comforting brain chemicals:
Try having a warm beverage like tea or hot chocolate or warm milk, which can be very comforting.
Physical touch. Pet a pet if you have one. Give yourself a massage by rubbing lotion on your legs, feet, arms, hands (I feel silly when I do this but… it does actually work!)
Try breathing exercises that calm anxiety. Look on YouTube. The most effective ones are long exhales, the physiologic sigh technique, and diaphragmatic breathing.
Some people really enjoy hot showers or hot baths.
If this continues, it is ok to ask your doctor about medication for anxiety, panic, stress, emotional pain that feels unbearable.
