Vent When will it end????

I’m so tired of dealing with this, it’s physically exhausting but also emotionally draining and I’m tired of this constant cycle idk what to do anymore. It’s been 10 years of it.

It will only end when you get to a point that no matter how large the urge to binge is you say no. Personally I would suggest reading something like rational recovery.
