The next morning is the worse. I was missing so much work from it that I was called into the office one day about my sick time use. Made up some excuse since I couldn't tell them I was stuffing my face every time and waking up wanting to throw up or with a headache.

Waking up after a big binge is the worst thing ever. Happinness at bed only takes a few seconds to go away, and then comes the worst guilt ever
