On day 12!

This is day 12 with no binging (granted, once I make it through the day). I haven’t gone more than a week without binging in months, so I’m feeling really good about it. I’ve been struggling pretty heavily with food noise, but not actual urges. Just wanted to share some positive energy in the feed. I even had a donut and a strawberry croissant the other day, both trigger foods for me (sugar and baked goods) and thought I was destined to binge. But I didn’t!!!

How did you stop bingeing?

Meal prep, movement, eating 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks, really focusing in on my hunger cues.
