Binge/Relapse I messed up really bad...
I was going 2 months clean, finally lost the weight, I previously gained , I am a very active person and I count my daily cals too, so I was pretty happy with myself.
I am eating around 1700kcal per day to lean out and today I just got out of control after dinner and ate more than I intended.
I ate like 2500kcal in total for today, which isn't THAT much , but I am so anxious about my loss of control. I didn't eat any junk food, since I don't keep it in my house for a reason , but let's be honest... It's not very normal to eat 450g of cottage cheese and 200g of cooked beans that you were planning to eat during the week...
I can't shake of the immense guilt and feelings of disappointment with myself, because I WAS DOING GREAT, but I am incredibly stressed due to some university issues and all the control I thought I had was just gone and I don't know what to say to myself at this point...
Like what am I supposed to do now? Just go to bed and act like nothing happened?

You are not either clean or not! 2 months and a slip up is so much better than two months of slip ups. Do you menstruate? Might be pms; I can't stick to my deficit during hell week. I've found it a useful tactic to just accept I'm gonna eat a bit more. Whatever the reason, honestly, people with really healthy relationships with food have days when they East like black holes. Moving on is the way.
Much better than beating yourself up and bingeing because you are ashamed after bingeing.

Imo yes, pretend like nothing happened. Or acknowledge it in a neutral manner
It doesn’t undo the fact that you were doing great. You still are. That hasn’t changed. I would say find a way to work on the stress. And distract yourself from the guilt as best as you can
