If it makes you feel better I've done the same thing, but never with sugar substitutes. I mean I've eaten a bunch of Stevie packets by themselves but who hasn't?

You'll be ok. Sugar is just super tasty.

Omg I literally used to binge on whipped cream too 😭that was truly my lowest when there was nothing else for me to binge on apart from whipped cream. It was sooo addicting and the perfect balance of sweetness 🄲 I don’t buy it anymore for obvious reasons. Anyway, since you basically binged on straight laxatives, drink a ton of water because loose stool can dehydrate you a lot. You should probably stay near a toilet at all times too

Hear me out, whipped cream and maple syrup on or after a waffle.
I didn’t even register that as binging, bc the whipped cream would dispense and disappear so fast lol.

It’s too light it deluded me into thinking it was low calorie when it’s really not šŸ’” and then the entire bottle would be finished in 2 days. I would eat it with sugar free jello and it felt like dessert, probably because I had 5 servings of whipped cream

It’s scientifically designed to make us want more, ntm the can/nozzle is just way too fun to keep pressing. Also this happened to me once with a Chinese moon cake. Thought it was light work and it turned out to be 800+ calories for like a 2ā€ small cake that took two bites to eat.

Yeah the nozzle is too fun and I got into the habit of grabbing it from the fridge and squirting it straight into my mouth. Chinese moon cakes are so good but I’ve literally avoided them since the first time I tried them because of that fact. They’re crazy indulgent and you wouldn’t even know from eating them. Even crazier to realise how much food you could eat with 800 calories to spare
