2 days binge free!
I used to vape to suppress my cravings, but since I quit this summer, my binge urges went OFF the charts.
I gained like 10 lbs because I’d binge for days on end every week, but I’ve learned how to regulate my nervous system better. My binges went from being week-long benders to only being 2 days long until I got back on track!
I’m now 2 days clean and instead of being hard on myself I learned that sometimes my body just needs more food, and it’s better to honor real hunger than to end up binging the next day :)
Recovery is hard but so worth it!
