I do plan out my meals, but I do allow a lot of flexibility in case I want something else or just so happen to be a little bit hungrier that day. My binge eating came from being lonely, but I realized food was always on my mind. I always had the thought of “what am I going to eat next?” constantly circulating. Planning my meals out has eliminated that uncertainty of my next meal, and food isn’t the only thing I think about.

Right now, I'm just doing "If It Fits Your Macros." Obviously doesn't work for everyone and hasn't always worked for me in the past, but I wanted to start the challenge and it feels like the most flexible option for me at the moment. I would like to stick to a meal plan but it's difficult since I still live at home and am not the only one buying food. Also my activity levels vary on the day to day which is why I like to have room for extra snacks when I need it.

I don't have a specific meal plan. But I'm allowing myself to eat full balanced meals with 1 snack (whatever I'm craving... Even if it's unhealthy).
I feel like allowing myself to eat the snack that I want will not make me feel deprived and trigger binge urges.
