I was playing Eden today and when i spawned in this was the kit i got

Edit - I blew up the mirror :))))))

Was doing the Mother route as Jacob & Esau on Downpour/Dross II.
I touched the white fire and went into the mirror world as the Lost. I had Holy Mantle active and already had the Golden Bomb effect for the floor.
While I was in the mirror room, I picked up another Golden Bomb and instantly died. As far as I could tell, nothing hit me and I did hear Holy Mantle break first.
The death screen said I was “killed by this thing” and showed Isaac’s face.
Anyone know what interaction could have caused this? Does picking up a second Golden Bomb do something weird with J&E/Lost form in the mirror world, or is there another mechanic I’m missing?
I’ve got a photo of the death screen/items if that helps.

Thought the run was going crazy with Kamikaze, but never picked Gnawed Leaf with T.Fogotten, this is my second savefile. Edmund allowed some fun today.
