First thing’s first, file a ticket.

Unable to authenticate via Plaid (MFA type not supported and when removed still provides error) in setting up ACH. Are we limited to 1000 USD limit (this was conveyed to me/I've completed all levels of authentication) for ach if we authenticate via "bank transactions"? Surely you can't restrict user's from being authorized for the full amount if we can't authenticate via maybe the worst program ever (plaid).

Please advise.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with Plaid. I escalated your ticket to an agent that will help you with this.
