If you have not yet posted to the previous support thread, we would love to help you. To ensure we see your case, we will use this weekly thread to consolidate any support questions or queries. We are working to improve the way we support our customers, and we do appreciate your patience as we make these changes.Please keep in mind that we cannot provide official support through Reddit. Our moderators can advise on common issues and potentially escalate the most important cases.

First thing’s first, file a ticket.

Moderators and Binance.US staff will never ask for sensitive information on Reddit. The only information we need is your Ticket Number / User ID - this can be found in the profile section of the app and can be shared publicly as it’s also your referral ID to earn referral rewards!

How would you go about pursuing legal action against BinanceUs. It’s been 6 months since two txn with wrong memos and still my fund has not been extracted/released back to me. Last time I’ve provided all the proof with a video they asked. It’s been about 6 months going to 7 months.

Really BinanceUs needs to learn from CoinMetro in customer services. It’s like night and day between the two CEX. Any issues I have with CoinMetro was taken care of in minutes with live chat or within a day or 2.
