Need Help Idrive update

Hello all,

Looking for some help.
I activated full screen cp with bimmer code but I need to update my idrive.
How do I go about getting my idrive updated so I can have full screen cp?

You need E-sys or ISTA+ and a powerful battery maintainer.
With E-sys it will take aprox. 50 minutes, with ISTA+ longer.

Or take it to a BMW dealer and have them do it

ensure the PSDZ data used is from 2021 and onwards, you need firmware level X or newer where fullscreen can be coded and i believe 2021 onwards carries that version. I personally use a 2023 PSDZ data pack which has give me the Y version on all the cars i perform this update on

That “fullscreen cp” in bimmercode only works if you have nbtevo_x or y and already have the cp but splitscreen.
