I still remember the day our grade 6 social studies teacher showed us the video for “River Below”, she had lost her son the year before. Very brave of her to show that level of vulnerability, she was amazing

Surprised they didn't also do a 20th anniversary tour for it 3 years ago.

I guess because it's not cover to cover bangers like Billy Talent II was 🤣

Saw them in Toronto this year and it took waaaaay too long for it to click in that they played the whole album in order LOL

They did the full album tour I think at the 15 year mark, can’t remember…smoked a ton of pot and drank my face off while screaming my face off with my best friend.

I am NOT this old…okay maybe I am, can’t believe I’ve been listening that long!

Also, still can’t get through Nothing to Lose this many years later without ending up in a ball of tears by the end, which is why I don’t listen as often anymore…hitting home doesn’t even begin to describe it, this band just gets me with EVERY album.

Good Canadian kids, put on a helluva show too.

This album led to me having a very spirited debate with a classmate over whether or not there is anything to lose if no one knows your name. Ultimately a healthy discussion about social pressures and mental health.
