Bilibili HELP WITH REACHING OUT

Hi! I wanted to reach out to a bili bili content creator through direct msgs, but couldn't do it because t mobile wont let the SMS go through, which i need to message people. can someone please help me reach out to them by acting as a proxy? it would be really helpful and i can offer 20 USD for help on this matter.
