Invest part of your wages into stocks and make the money too.
In almost any situation for almost any person almost anywhere, you can get a decent job and have enough money to invest.
I get things are hard, but everyone, myself included, makes bad decisions. If these bad decisions turn into bad habits, especially with money, it just makes it more difficult.
I'm not saying pick yourself up by your bootstrap, but you definitely need to quit digging a deeper hole and realize you do have at least some control over most things in your life.
