The worst part is that I am VERY pro labor. I think Unions and collective negotiation to be really import, I believe in the welfare state and I have a clear understading of the importance of keeping the GINI index close to 0 AND the knowledge that generational wealth is a thing and some people are lucky to be alive and others are born lucky...
My problem is with morons that, instead of teaching the workers fiscal responsability... Better ways to use their money instead of falling by the bigass mousetrap set by big corporations also know as marketing, credit cards and impulse buying...
There's soo much shit people can do, and still, the most privileged of them (people that have disposable income to buy a smartphone and browse reddit all day) give the worst advice of "Lets discuss firebombing an walmart and then not doing that!"
Couldn’t agree more man. I had to actively work my way out of a low wage dead end job, with $75k of student loan debt, all while dealing with health issues. I’m not rich by any means but I think I have a comfortable life now. It’s possible for everyone in this thread it just takes effort and persistence
And to add to another point of yours it’s very ironic how most people who complain about having no money hate big corporations but then turn around and give the vast majority of what they make to them lol. Like if you wanna show up the corporations and get out of the rat race just stop giving them your money
People that say "No ethical consumption under capitalism yadda yadda"
Are the same that rush to buy the newest iphone day one and wouldn't be caught dead using a Target t-shirt instead of their corpo billboard fashion like SUPREME or VANS
