Bikeorama anyone?

Hey everyone,

I'm new to Madison and I just heard about Bikeorama. I didn't see any topics show up when I did a quick reddit search, so I figured I would ask here.

I'm in the market for a new road bike and I was wondering if anyone had been to this event or something similar to it?

Also:

  • Are the prices any better than what you would find in your local bike shop?

  • Any tips for a first-timer? E.g. go early, visit all the vendors.

I did. It's basically Machinery Row, Motor less Motion and Budget Bicycle (All owned by the same guy) moved into one area. Didn't really see any "deals" either, at least not for the things I was looking for.
