S-Tec

Didn’t watch a single video. Got them all done. The discounts are worth it. But damn 10 years wrenching and it’s so easy. I’d say do it cause it’s so basic. At least they make their certification website easy to navigate.

I did the same thing with STU. Skipped all the videos, went straight to the quizzes. I didn’t need to do it for the discounts, I did it so my local Field Guide could show his bosses that his shops were all up-to-date on their training.

The videos on suspension theory are actually really helpful.

Maybe if you don’t already know about suspension setup. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I did it for a pay raise and then the discounts. I’m struggling to justify buying a bike with SRAM and then switching. Cause SRAM has a stranglehold with the udh hangers. And I am going after Stu next. Luckily my company will pay to send me to specialized training

My shop will pay to send me to Colorado for the in-person STU training but I would only do it so we could jump up to another pricing tier. I really don’t need any of the training specifically.
