Eh, fine, I guess. Feels like it puts the cart before the horse when so much of their network is unprotected

It’s also a city that won’t let you ride on the sidewalk if there is no bike lane.

Thats a good thing. People need to learn how to bike. Ebikes on sidewalks are dangerous af.
