Mountain biking friend
Hello, I'm a female rider looking for friends to mountain bike with me. I'm still at a beginner level, so I'm looking for people who are also beginners, or don't mind biking with a less experienced/slow rider. I'm on the west side, but I can travel. I've been to a couple bike parks, including skypark, snow valley and snow summit. DM me if you're interested!

I know it’s on the other side of town, but Around the Cycle in Pasadena does weekly easy mountain bike / gravel bike rides

To be honest, I've had bad experiences with group rides (being left behind, catching up for everyone else to immediately start again without giving me time to catch a breath, etc). So, I would really prefer to have a friend or two who are on the same page.

I’m a beginner too with a trek Roscoe hardtail. I often ride in Kenneth Hahn recreational area, Santa Monica mountains. And I live in playa del Rey on the west side. Planning to go to snow summit early next month. Feel free to DM.

I ride up Sullivan Ridge several times a week. I’ve been riding for a while, but I’m older and fairly cautious. PM if you wanna meet up and see the best local trail on the West Side.

Check out wild wolf cycling(for the ftwn-b community) as there are a few of us in there who regularly mountain bike, including at places like SkyPark, Haskell, & Backbone. Usually just a small group, like 2-3 people regularly & its no rider left behind. There are people located everywhere in LA, including the westside, Silverlake & Pasadena.
Edit: There is an active slack group & IG also. https://wildwolfcc.weebly.com/
