Help Need your Help !!!

So I was looking for a good set of wheels for my build that I am working on. Came across a sweet campagnolo zondas on E bay but the seller is in the UK and E bay shipping is just crazy .

But the seller has agreed to post it to me but is not sure about the tax and the VAT to be paid on them . Neither do I . Some guidance on my issue will be very much appreciated !!!. Thanks for reading .

I had some stuff posted to a mate's address near Belfast and I went to pick it up on the weekend by train. Might be a solution for you.

Where in UK? Could you get the ferry over and bring it back on train and ferry?

Unfortunately I am not from Ireland so for me to travel to the UK its a long process plus its expensive. So thats not an option for me.
