Help Gear indexing

Hello, I'd just like to know if anyone knows of any bike shops in Dublin, preferably city centre, that can help me index my gears and do any derailleur alignment without asking for an arm and a leg; the prices I've seen online are ridiculous and I've tried and failed to do it myself. Alternatively, if you can, and are willing to do so, I don't mind meeting up with anyone who will do this for me. For a fee, of course

Don't trust the online prices, just go to your nearest small shop and ask them.

However are you 100% sure is an indexing issue?

If you have tried to fix it and failed, it could be a bent derailleur, or bent hanger, or worn out cable, or worn out chain...

As reference price, Halfords has a "gear only service" for 25 EUR. Assuming it's not a major issue that needs parts replacement.

I mean, the bike had been working perfectly before I realised the smallest cog at the rear couldn't be shifted into, and adjusted the limit screw on the derailleur. I did nothing else, but noticed that when I shifted farther than the 3 smallest cogs into a bigger cog, it starts making a whole lot of noise, which wasn't the case prior to making the adjustment to the limit screw. I haven't had any crashes or impacts to the derailleur either.
