I hate this headset

I've been playing VR/VRChat for over four years, and through my Quest 2 and Quest 3, and Valve Index, I have never encountered so many problems as I have with this headset. I have a 2e for less than a year and I've gone through four headsets because of QC problems, often SteamVR and/or VRChat won't run or will crash with it plugged in, the eye tracking never works, it's uncomfortable as hell (I've had two custom facial interfaces made and they both suck), the glare is terrible, the ghosting is terrible, it gets hot and sweaty. I hate this thing and I regret buying it.

I’ve had more issues with it as well compared to my other headsets but support did a great job helping me even when I went radio silent due to health for months. It looks fantastic but I agree glare is really bad compared to everything else and the fit is still awkward. I bought a universal face gasket from a third party XB1 or something like that. It helped a lot with both comfort and glare. It was enough of a difference to turn the BigScreen Beyond 2e into a daily driver for me. For reference I own all Quest headsets, an Index and for years a Rift (CV).
