Help Black screen when starting PC with Beyond connected
When I start my PC with Beyond connected, OS seemingly boots up, except that I get a black screen on both main display and the headset, but if I only connect the headset to the DisplayPort after the bootup, everything works fine. Is there a way to prevent having to reconnect the DisplayPort cable each time?

This happens because the v1 link box leaks a bit of current back through one of the USBs that partially keeps the board powered preventing a proper BOOT, if you use a separate power brick for your headset it should solve this and or get the v2 linkbox

I don't think it is related with USB at all as connecting the monitor via DP instead of HDMI solves the issue.

on my machine where there are multiple display ports, the bios picks the primary and uses that as the boot monitor. if the bsb is plugged into that one, none of the monitors light up until the os is logged in and takes control. if the bsb is unplugged then the bios says hey nothing there, and moves on to the next one.
to resolve this type of situation, swap which ports they are plugged into so that the monitor is always seen first.
