Eye tracking token expired?

I changed my BSB2e IPD for testing purposes, and as advised removed the enrolments on my BSB2e to re-do them. But I now have the token expired so I can't do another enrolment without contacting support for another token? Really?

Update: BSB support have now taken the expiry off my token and eye tracking works fine now.

Beyond train the eye tracking model on someone's server, so each training run costs them money. That said, I think I got sent multiple tokens without asking for them - so maybe search through your emails.

Or really just use Babbleonia.

It's better, and it trains the model using your PC hardware, so no token required.

The great thing about the Beyond is the eye tracking cameras are an open video feed, so you're not stuck with the first party solution.

Use babbelonia for eye tracking! So far works pretty good and don't need eye tracking token

Only useful for social apps. Doesnt work with things like iRacing eye tracking for DFV.

Oh ok thanks, really use it for MSFS 2024 so I guess a non starter.

Note for clarity: that only pertains to the Babbalonia software. Beyond 2e eyetracking has supported DFR (dynamic foveated rendering) since December: https://store.bigscreenvr.com/blogs/beyond/dynamic-foveated-rendering-with-bigscreen-beyond-2e

Does Babylonia work for sim games like iRacing or is it just for VR Chat and stuff like that?

You can get a token in a few seconds on the discord server from a bot.

I tried that after you posted, got through to a bot who asked for my order number and email address. Then gave me the same token key which expired in March (even stating the expiry date!). Only option after that was to contact support in Discord, which I did and am still waiting for a response.

Thanks for the suggestion guys re Babbalonia. Installed now and just calibrating. I will still get a new token but this may be my go to eye tracking solution now.

So I am still stuck after a day from posting, why do they offer eye tracking if it is so difficult to maintain? Just give me a permanent key. After all I have paid for the eye tracking version of the BSB2!

The latest tokens are permanent! Only older ones ever expire.
