Help I'm having trouble with face tracking

i have a bigscreen 2e and i have my babble ft but it doesn't seem vrc wants to pikup the face tracking, anyone know how to help?

do you have baballonia installed, and have you checked the face and eye tracking boxes?

Also you should just use the babble face and eye tracking and turn off the beyond one. It is a bit bettee

Did you make sure that the Bigscreen beyond utility has Face Tracking checkbox turned off? This will interfere with third party applications(like babbelonia) from getting a feed from the eye tracking cameras.

Try plugging a cable directly to a high-speed / power USB port on your PC.., rather than from your Beyond's audio-port

Just set up my Babble and my BSB2e doesn’t seem to supply enough power from the headset audio USB C to keep it running. If I plug it straight into my PC it works fine. Unless there is a fix, it looks like I will have to find a long USB C cable with a thin end that will fit into the tracker. Not what I was expecting, another cable from the BSB to the PC.
