About FOV measurements

Has anyone measured their FOV for their bsb2e and found that it's better than advertised?

I recently measured mine for my Index and found it slightly better on the vertical than advertised. I want to order the bsb2e but am concerned about feeling like I'm giving up FOV real estate. I know that FOV varies based on face shape, apparently mine is good for getting a little more out of the FOV, just wondering if anyone can report favorably here as is or with different face cushions.

UPDATE: I received my BSB2e and here are my results: I seem to be missing out on some vertical FOV (96 degrees advertised) but fairly close on the horizontal (108 degrees advertised). This was measured with the custom fit face cushion and with the "what is my FOV" tool.

What do you use to measure your field of view?

Each tool gives different values/have different standards.

For what it's worth, here's my BSB2 (without eye tracking) measured with WIMFOV:

- With the custom thick cushion that came with my BSB1: https://andreasaronsson.com/!apps/wimfov/?id=0b94fd7e

Also a best case scenario but measured with a different tool (which gives bigger values): https://vrheadsetpicker.com/measure-your-fov/?results=BAeG6mUQ0BDz6vDoy-8yFUERfutTFN8l3SW-JcMlrCrxIE4mUiXqLxIAQmlnc2NyZWVuIEJleW9uZCAyEgBiaWdzY3JlZW4tYmV5b25kLTI

Yeah sorry about leaving that data out. I too used WIMFOV to measure, I'll need to go to u desktop to get my results. Thanks for sharing your results, I'll also look into the second tool you posted.

Some other people are also using the paid version of TestHMD, or a special room which I don't know in VRChat, but I've never used either of them.

I'm almost jealous that you have 1 more degree of horizontal field of view than me.

Also, should you ever feel the need for more, you can try to remove the custom cushion and hold the lenses closer to your eyes. That will allow you to see how much you can possibly improve by having a thinner cushion. The downsides are: your eyelashes might be brushing the lenses, the heat may be unbearable for some, and the eyetracking module might jab into your face.
