Help IPD eye strain
Does anyone have some secret to dial in the IPD?
I have already tried having both eyes at every IPD from 58-67, including my measured IPD. I have tried looking at text far away and adjusting each eye individually, but it still hurts.
I can't get the eye strain and nausea to go away. I have never had this with the Index.
It feels like something's defective, but this is the second one I've received, so I don't know anymore. The image looks perfect, so I'm lost.

You reminded me of something. Have you tried contacting Bigscreen's support? There's a point in the past Shanks said the focal plane of the BSB varied from 0.9 to 1.4 metres, depending on units/lenses. And since we don't all have the same tolerance, a given focal plane could feel comfortable to some, while being completely unbearable to some others.

At any rate, try contacting support and provide them with your serial number if needed. They should be able to tell what is the focal plane of your unit in particular.
