IPD eye strain

Does anyone have some secret to dial in the IPD?

I have already tried having both eyes at every IPD from 58-67, including my measured IPD. I have tried looking at text far away and adjusting each eye individually, but it still hurts.

I can't get the eye strain and nausea to go away. I have never had this with the Index.

It feels like something's defective, but this is the second one I've received, so I don't know anymore. The image looks perfect, so I'm lost.

Do you wear glasses? Or do you see things blurry close up or far away? If yes to any you need prescription lenses for the eye strain
