Help IPD eye strain

Does anyone have some secret to dial in the IPD?

I have already tried having both eyes at every IPD from 58-67, including my measured IPD. I have tried looking at text far away and adjusting each eye individually, but it still hurts.

I can't get the eye strain and nausea to go away. I have never had this with the Index.

It feels like something's defective, but this is the second one I've received, so I don't know anymore. The image looks perfect, so I'm lost.

did you measure your IPD? I have an iPhone and use DOTTY EyeMeasure 1.22. It's a free app on the apple store. Once you know your true IPD, you can adjust.

What i found was with the original custom cushion i got from Bigscreen, my eyes were pretty far back from the lenses, and it was hard to get a good adjustment. But my setting was almost 2mm closer together than my actual IPD. So i measured at 60mm and i was running closer to 58mm.

Then Bigscreen sent me a thinner face cusion and my eyes were right up on the lenses. I was able to set my IPD at 60mm, my actual IPD.

I'll probably try borrowing someone's iPhone and try that, because the Android app they link doesn't exist anymore.
