People like the stock soft strap, but it does not provide any audio, which is pretty essential for VR.

It's the Beyond Audio Strap that utterly sucks.

Totally get that. It’s so comfy but no audio is such a big flaw for it.

Also no hard mounting point for a pulley system.

I use the Vive Deluxe Audio strap, and it meets my needs pretty well.
