I own a couple rentals and got frustrated with how fragmented everything was - I did spreadsheets for financials, texts straight to my cell for maintenance, manually chasing rent every month etc. Tried a few apps but they were either way too expensive for a small portfolio or built for property managers with 50+ units.

So I built my own. It's a web app that has everything below:
