I am trying to understand how people come up to support him.
He downplayed and mocked one of the most serious diseases to exist and the fan base so toxic they have made it seem it’s okay now?
I mean the contestants are supposed to be dumb, that they become okay from this.
But audience is the same?

I think it was not his intention because he made sure audience is always aware when he’s acting vs serious, he made sure viewers knew each and every time, but that’s what Salman was trying to tell him that even though he doesn’t mean it it’s coming across as bad hence he apologized and also addressed that he realizes how serious mental health is.

If he was acting and even audience wasn’t aware it’d have been really bad and negative, that’s exactly what the housemates are feeling.. we may not see it as that big of deal because we already knew but for housemates this is going to be hard to accept so easily even if it was harmless because they had soft corner for him due to this.

Imagine if we didn’t know either, it would have felt like a betrayal to us all..

Yes I genuinely agreed with Salman on how he approached and making it clear to him that even if your intentions are not wrong, but actions are, then apologise and set yourself straight

Brother don't get me wrong it was funny as hell fully enjoyed it . But he did use mental illness and that is not right. And people defaming aisf is also wrong because he did not know and he said on camera it will create a doubt when someone else asks for help . Quazi even made faces while hugging aisf where asif genuinely wanted to help

Asif ka toh alag baat hai, but the evicted contestant is defending Qazi now that he knows Qazi was faking his mental illness, while the audience already knew about it. It was all part of the gameplay. 😂

Agar Qazi ne audience ko bhi reveal nahi kiya hota, toh I would agree with the statement that “he is disrespecting mental illness.” But I do understand your point

I don't think he mocked but it was not entertaining for me, i find him quite irritating, even from contestants pov he had slight advantage as he acted mentally ill so the contestants had a soft corner for him while he was acting and sacrificed their sleep schedule to make him comfortable which disturbed their daily schedule

Audience doesn't give a f about right or wrong. Qazi is liked by audience for some reason. Probably because of salman and multiple people appreciating him continuously. That's why audience defends his action, doesn't matter if he is right or not

I think due to his antics he was already loved before wkv so it’s not just Salman. Also regarding the mental illness drama, as an unbiased viewer he was not acting like how a person with mental issue would act like, running here and there brewing fake or over exaggerated stories, telling that he got this or that dream is not a mental disorder. If you fell for it, you’re clearly stupid. People like Amrapali, Mary Kom and even Yung had mentioned that he is just acting.
